摘要
本文在对线性调节器应用电路和外接电容特性进行分析的基础上,研究了线性调节器的鲁棒性设计,提出了一种不用电容的新型鲁棒性频率补偿方法,大幅降低了芯片面积。频率响应和瞬态响应的仿真结果表明,该方法保证了线性调节器的稳定性,也明显改善了频率响应特性。
Based on the analysis of linear regulator application circuit and external capacitance characteristic, this paper researches robust design of linear regulator. And then a new no-capacitor robust frequency compensation method is introduced. According to the simulation of frequency and transient response, the method is good at ensuring stability and improvingthe transient response of linear regulator.
