摘要
将２５６例无症状乙型肝炎病毒携带者随机分为西药组和中西药结合组进行疗效对比观察。结果表明，经治疗１８个月后中西药结合组ＨＢｓＡｇ、ＨＢｅＡｓ、抗－ＨＢｃ转阴率分别为５２．３％、６２．３％、５０．８％；西药组分别为３１．０％、３９．７％、２９．４％，两者比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示中西医结合治疗ＡｓＣ较主旋咪唑和聚肌胞为佳。
256 AsC patients were randomly divided two groups. 130 patients in integrated traditional and werstern medicine group were treated with therapeutic method of TCM and WM.126 patients in werstern medicine group were treaten with Poly I:C and L-Tetramisole. The results showed: the negative seroconversion rate of HBsAg. HBeAg. Anti-HBc in ITWMG were respectively 52. 3%. 62. 3%. 50. 8%; but 31. 0%. 39. 7%. 29. 4% in WMG (P < 0. 05 ). Thesesuggest that therapeutic method of TCM and WM is superior in treating AsC to WM.
