基于灌区建筑物完好率评估标准体系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 灌区建筑物完好率评估标准,是通过对混凝土现有强度、现有刚度、裂缝渗漏、钢筋锈蚀、沉陷变形、结构破坏、渗透破坏、冻融破坏、气蚀、冲刷和磨损、温度影响、水质分析、风化和碳化深度、氯离子含量测定、建筑物上下游及周边连接安全等方面的因素和特性分析,选择混凝土现有强度、混凝土内钢筋锈蚀、混凝土结构老化炭化程度、结构剩余承载能力计算等主要指标估算灌区建筑物完好率,构建科学的评估标准体系,为政府决策部门提供可靠的技术依据,以便国家制定灌区管理规范和区分行政管理的法律责任。 The appraisal standards of intact rate of buildings in irrigation district is by analysis on causes and characteristics of numerous aspects such as strength now available about concrete, available stiffness, crack leakage, reinforcement corrosion, settlement and deformation, structural damage, seepage failure, freeze-thaw damage, cavitation, scour and abrasion, temperature affection, water analysis, degree of weathering and carbonization, measure of chlorine content, upstream and downstream and safety of peripheral joint of the buildings, etc. Using many main targets such as when choosing concrete, the appraisal of its actual strength, reinforcement corrosion in it, degree of ageing and carbonization of its structure, estimation of residual load carrying capacity of structure, etc. to estimate the intact rate of buildings in irrigation district. We should build scientific appraisal standards system offering reliable technical foundation for policy-making departments of government, so that our country lays down management standards of irrigation district and distinguish legal duty of administration. We should appeal to set up operational and safety warning file of buildings in irrigation district and build up monitoring system of'digital engineering'to realize healthy operation of real-time monitoring engineering.
