腹腔镜在异位妊娠手术中的应用

Application of Laparoscope in the Operation of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的评价腹腔镜手术在异位妊娠手术治疗中的价值.方法回顾分析2003年1月～2004年6月以异位妊娠收入院急诊行腹腔镜手术治疗的病人336例.总结其手术时间、住院时间及术后病率.结果 336人均在腹腔镜下手术,无中转开腹,平均手术时间45.56±16.98min,平均住院时间3.10±0.73天,术后病率2.4%.结论腹腔镜手术是早期异位妊娠诊断、治疗的首选方法.

Objective To assess the value of laparoscope in the operation of ectopic pregnancy.Method 336 patients with ectopic pregnancy accepted laparoscope operation from Jan 2003 to Jun 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.The duration of operation,the length of stay and postoperative morbidity were summarized.Results 336 patients were operated under laparoscope.The average time of operation and hospitalization was 45.56±16.98 minutes and 3.10±0.73 days respectively.The postoperative morbidity was 2.4%.Conclusions The laparoscope operation is the first method for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with early ectopic pregnancy.
