淫羊藿对血液透析患者生存质量及细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of Epimedium Sagittatum on Quality of Life and Cellular Immunity in Patients of Hemodialysis Maintenance

用传统补肾壮阳中药淫藿羊对３４例透析充分的维持性血液透析患者进行治疗。结果表明，在使用促红细胞生成素的基础上服用淫羊藿４个月的患者感染发生率有下降的趋势，体力、睡眠、食欲和男性患者的性功能有所改善，患者外周血淋巴细胞白细胞介素２的活性明显增强（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示，淫羊藿具有一定的改善维持性血液透析患者生存质量的作用。

Our previous study had demonstrated that Chinese medicine Epimedium Sagifiatum(ES) exerted immuno-enhancing effect on the animal model of chronic renal insufficiency.In present study,we investigated the therapeutic effect of ES on patients of hemodialysis maintenance.22 cases of regular hemodialytic patients were treated with ES in the form of decoction.12 patients with hemodialysis were served as controls.It was found that ES had sexual potentiation effect and improved the quality of life in the patients of chronic renal failure with regular hemodialysis.Interleukin 2(IL2) activity of peripheral blood monocytes(PBMC) stimulated by PHA was increased significantly in the patients treated with ES.It was suggested that Chinese medicine ES had therapeutic effect on sexual disorder and immunologic inadequacy in the patients of chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis.
