摘要 针对现行公路网规划中存在的主观随意性和网络设计模型的缺陷,提出一种基于遗传算法的公路网络设计的双层优化模型,可一次性求出路段的技术等级与车道数,并利用一个简单的算例进行了仿真试验,结果表明,该模型与算法效果良好,具有较好的应用前景. In order to reduce the subjectivity and to improve the network design model in our highway network planning,this paper presents a bi-level programming model based on genetic algorithm to design highway net- work which can calculate the grade and number of lane of links simultaneously.Using the model and algorithm, a simulation test has been made in a simple highway network,which works well.The results indicates the method is good at network design problem.
