血脂康对高脂血症患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

The effect of Xuezhikang on insulin resistance in patients with hyperlipidemia.

目的探讨血脂康对高脂血症患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法42例高脂血症患者采用HOMA模型计算胰岛素抵抗指数,根据是否伴有胰岛素抵抗分两组,即伴胰岛素抵抗的IR组18例和不伴胰岛素抵抗的NIR组24例。所有患者服用血脂康6周,观察治疗前后血脂、FPS、FINS、Homa-IR的变化。结果治疗后两组TC、TG、LDL-C、TC/HDL-C均显著下降(P<0·001),HDL-C有所升高,差异无显著性(P>0·005);IR组FPS有所下降,但差异无显著性(P>0·005),FINS、Homa-IR明显下降(P<0·005),而NIR组FPS、FINS、IR均无明显变化。结论血脂康对高脂血症患者不仅有调脂作用,同时还可改善伴胰岛素抵抗患者的胰岛素抵抗。

Objective To study the effect of Xuezhikang on insulin resistance in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods Forty-two patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups:18 patients with insulin resistance and 24 patients without insulin resistance and treated with Xuezhikang for 6 weeks. The fasting serum TC, TG, HDL-C, glucose and insulin were measured before and after treatment with Xuezhikang.The Homa model insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) was calculated. Results After 6 weeks, the fasting TC, TG, LDL-C concentrations decreased significantly. The fasting HDL-C concentrations were lower after treatment with Xuezhikang, but no significant difference was observed. FINS, HOMA-IR in patients with insulin resistance decreased obviously. Conclusion Xuezhikang is not only effective for regulating the lipid,but it can also improve insulin resistance in patients with hyperlipemia.
