尿道尖锐湿疣经尿道电切治疗效果分析

Treatment of condyloma acuminatum with electriotomy through urethral tract.

目的探讨尿道内尖锐湿疣的有效治疗方法.方法使用尿道电切对13例尿道内尖锐湿疣进行切除.结果所有病例无并发症,均一次治愈.随访8～12月无复发.结论经尿道电切治疗尿道尖锐湿疣安全可靠,手术操作简便,疗效确切,α-2b干扰素有协同治疗作用.

Objective To review the effective treatment for urethral condyloma acuminatum. Methods Condyloma acumunatum in 13 cases were removed with trans-urethral resection(TUR). Results There is no complications for all patients and no relapse was observed after a followed up for 8～12 months. Conclusion It is safe ,simple and effective for treatment of urethral condyloma acumunatum with TUR and α-2b interferon has a synergistic action.
