深圳市公共场所中央空调冷却塔军团菌污染现况调查 被引量:17

摘要 目的了解深圳市中央空调冷却塔军团菌污染现况及水环境的pH值、温度等因素对军团菌的影响。方法采集空调冷却塔水共132份进行军团菌病原学检测。结果所调查的公共场所中有33家空调冷却塔受到军团菌污染,污染率57·90%(33/57);有58个空调冷却塔检出军团菌,检出率43·94%(58/132)。结论深圳市中央空调冷却塔存在军团菌污染,已对暴露人群构成威胁,应采取有效防范措施。 Objective To understand the status of contamination of Legionella in the air-condition cooling tower in public places of Shenzhen and the relation between pH,temperature of cooling tower water and Legionella. Methods 132 air-condition cooling towers were chosen to isolate Legionella, use the serum and PCR method to indentify the Legionella. Results There are 33 units that were polluted by Legionella in our research of some publics, the rate of contamination was 57.90%(33/57),there are 58 samples were separated the Legionella in 132 air-condition cooling towers waters, the rate of contamination was 43.94%(58/132). Conclusion Legionella was discovered in air-condition cooling towers in all kinds of sites in Shenzhen, which threatened the exposed crowed.
