摘要
目的了解惠州市电子、五金、电镀等企业生产车间中有毒物污染情况,以便提出有效的预防措施.方法根据中华人民共和国国家标准中气相色谱法、原子吸收分光光度法、分光光度法对车间空气中有毒物质进行检测.结果 2003~2004年共检测车间空气样品3625份,合格3511份,总合格率为96.8%.其中锰尘合格率最低,为82.2%;其次是三氯乙烯91.0%,氰化氢93.4%,甲苯97.1%,硫酸97.2%,铅烟98.2%,正己烷99.2%,苯99.3%,二甲苯99.6%,其他合格率为100%. 结论惠州市部分电子、五金、电镀企业车间空气中有毒物的浓度较高,应改善生产车间的通风设施,做好工人的个人防护.
Objective To understand the poisonous substance pollution condition in the workshops of electron?five metal?electroplating enterprises and put forward efficalious prevetion measures. Methods Determination was performed acorrding to gas chromatography ?atomic absorption spectrometry?spectrophotometer in The Chinese national standard《 Methods for determination of poison in the work shops' air》 (GB/T16010~16099-1995). Results 3 625 air samples in work shops were examined in 2003~2004, 3511 samples qualified. The total qualification rate is 96.8%. Among it, qualification rate of Manganese is 82.2%, Trichloroethylene 91.0%, Cyaniding hydrogen is 93.4%, Toluene is 97.1%, Sulfuric acid is 97.2%, Lead is 98.2%, n-Hexane is 99.2%, Benzene is 99.3%, Xylene is 99.6%, others are 100%. Conclusion In Huizhou poisonous substance in air in work shops is high in some of the electron?five metal?electroplating enterprises. Ventilation be improved and individual protection be strengthened.
