锎-252中子腔内照射治疗早中期低位直肠癌的初步报告与文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 结肠、直肠腺癌是最常见的内脏器官肿瘤,结、直肠死亡病例占整个恶性肿瘤死亡病例的10%[1].直肠下段癌特别是距肛门5cm以内的低位直肠癌,外科多采用经典的经腹会阴联合切除及乙状结肠造瘘术(Mile's术式),这种手术往往造成患者术后生活质量的明显下降.我们在国内首先采用锎-252内照加外照射治疗能耐受手术但病人坚决不愿意采取经腹、会阴联合切除及结肠造瘘术的,或因为病人年龄大或有心肺等严重疾患不能耐受手术的早中期低位直肠癌,观察早期治疗效果及并发症情况.
