摘要
特征性主位指的是那些出现在句首、仅具有主位特性但却不能穷尽主位潜势的主位成分。文章根据Halliday的系统功能语法的有关理论,从构成及其构成成分的功能意义以及结构特征等方面讨论特征性主位的有关情况,彰显其“形式是意义的体现”的语言观。
The characteristic themes refers to those appearing in the thematic position in a clause, but not exhausting the thematic potential. The present paper discusses the issues of the characteristic themes from the perspective of their making, the functions of their elements and characteristics of their functional distributions so as to display 'form is the realization of meaning'.
