摘要
文章结合本科教学工作水平评估,剖析了评估工作的实质,并以评估方案为依据,从办学定位、办学策略两方面对新建本科院校的办学问题进行了探讨。
According to the practice of evaluation of university education, the author analyzes the essence of the evaluation. Based on the criteria for the evaluation, the present thesis discusses the setting of a university position, the tactics for running newly set-up colleges and universities.
