安阳市1996年～2003年食品卫生监督监测公告分析及管理对策

Supervision and monitoring bulletins of food hygiene in Anyang from 1996 to 2003

为维护公告的权威性,对河南省安阳市1996年～2003年的食品卫生监督监测公告进行了分析。结果发现,食品卫生监督监测公告呈明显的季节性,且年度间频次不平衡;发布公告的单位不统一;部分公告用语不规范,对被监督单位使用简称。为提高执法的严肃性,应注意公告的规范化问题。

The supervision and monitoring bulletins of food hygiene in Anyang , Henan Province from 1996 to 2003 had been analyzed in order to maintain the authority of the bulletins. The results showed that the bulletins were distinctly seasonal and their promulgation frequency were not balanced in different year. Also, the agencies promulgating the bulletin were not the same; the diction of some bulletins was not normative, because of using the abbreviation for the supervised organization. In order to enhance the seriousness of executing the law, the standardization of the bulletin should be emphasized.
