大学生生活方式的调查分析

Analysis and Study of the Survey of Student’s Life Style

通过问卷等方法对浙江大学、浙江传媒学院等十一所在杭高校学生现行的生活方式与体育的关系进行了调查。分析表明,随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,特别是全民健身计划的实施,大学生的生活方式跟体育的关系已经越来越明显了,既在思想上充分认识健康的生活方式需要体育来打基础,又在行动中充分认识体育对健康的生活方式有着重要的作用。同时针对存在的问题,为促进大学生生活方式向着健康文明的方向发展,提出了若干建议。

This thesis analyzes the relationship between the current life style of college students and the physical education based on the questionnaire taken in the eleven universities in Hangzhou, including Zhejiang University and Zhejiang Institute of Communications and Media. The result indicates that, with the development of economy and the constant improvement of living standards, especially the en- forcement of the National Fitness Project, the life style of college students and the physical education are more and more closely related to each other. It also shows that the college students not only realize the physical education is the foundation of healthy lifestyle but also understand the important role the physi- cal education plays in the healthy lifestyle. Aiming at the existing problems, the thesis puts forwards several proposals to make the lifestyle of the college students more healthy and civilized.
