对使用4a的供热站板式换热器密封垫片进行了厚度和硬度检测,通过数据分析认为,无论垫片的使用年限多长,当垫片任一部位厚度减薄率超过10%时,应更换垫片。
The testing result, the cause and location of gasket wearing in plate heat exchangers are discussed after the hardness and thickness of these gaskets were detected. The gasket should be replaced when the gasket thickness decreases more than 10 percent.
