湿法磷酸生产扩能技改实践

Revamp Practice for Capacity Expansion of Wet Phosphoric Acid Production

简要介绍了我国最早建设的30 kt/a磷酸磷铵示范装置40年间的扩能改造历程和主要设备的更新情况,探讨了湿法磷酸生产以湖北宜昌磷矿为原料的主要工艺条件是:磷酸的w(P2O5)=22%～24%,反应温度不低于88℃,液相SO3浓度不高于35g/L,料浆液固比不低于2.并在磷酸料浆过滤前添加絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺,取得了明显效果.

The capacity expansion revamp history over the last 40 years and update of main equipment of the earliest 30 kt/a phosphoric acid plant in China is briefly introduced. Main process conditions for the wet phosphoric acid production based on feed phosphorite from Yichang, Hubei province are: phosphoric acid w (P2O5) =22%-24% , reaction temperature not lower than 88℃, liquid phase SO3 concentration not higher than 35 g/L,slurry liquid/solid ration not less than 2. Flocculant polyacrylamide is added prior to filtering of phosphoric acid slurry,which has achieved significant effect.
