补骨脂酊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的高效液相色谱测定法

Determination of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Tincture of Fructus Psoraleae by HPLC

采用Ｃ＿（１８）键合相反相色谱方法，样品只经加内标定容后即可进样。ＲＳＤ＜２％。最低检出浓度＜１μｇ／ｍｌ，所测补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的回收率分别是１０２．８％和９９．５％，线性范围分别是１２～２００，１３～２１０μｇ／ｍｌ，相关系数均为０．９９９９。

reversed-phase HPLC method was described for t he determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in tinct ure ofFructus Psoraleae. Aftcr adding the internal standard and diluting the sample to a definite volume,the sample was in-jected and analysed.The RSDs were within 2%and the minimum working concentrations below 1 μ g/ml;the averagerecoveries of psoralen and isopsoralen 102.8%and 99.5%respectively and the linear ranges of psoralen and isopso-ralen 12～200μg/ml and 13～210μg/ml(r=0.999) respectively.
