论书院道德教化及其现实意义

On Academy's Moral Education and Its Significance

中国书院历时千载,声名远播。它不但是阐明义理、讲学论道的重要机构,也是生徒修身养性、砥砺品行的精神家园。本文以道德教育为切入点,从严格择师、德行考察、教育环境影响等几方面探求书院的成功经验。继承书院优良的道德传统,对现代道德教育模式的构建具有重要的启示。

With a history of over 1,000 years, China's academies have a widely - spread prestige. They are not only institutes to elaborate principles, teach and argue, but also spiritual homelands for those disciples to cultivate their moral characters. Focusing on the moral education, this paper is to explore those academies'successful experience in strictly choosing teachers, examining moral and teaching -environmental effects and consequently, it draws the conclusion; To inherit the excellently moral tradition of academies is apocalyptic to construct modern education pattern.
