摘要
班级文化是校园文化一个重要的组成部分,本文对班级文化建设的内容与要求及其在高校育人体系中的地位和作用进行了深入的分析,并结合实践探索提出了形成以学生为主体、以人为本的教育方法和措施,促进班级文化建设的深层发展。
The class culture is an important part of the campus culture. This paper thoroughly examines the substance, the requirements, the significance and the functions of the class culture construction in the college education system. Based upon the practical experience, the author puts forward the student -centered and people - first principles and measures of education, contributes to the further development of class culture construction.
