摘要
目的:探讨宫腔镜检查子宫疾病的准确率及应用价值。方法:回顾分析2001年8月～2004年12月间对1261例宫腔镜检查的临床资料。结果:在1261例宫腔镜检查中诊断出子宫疾病患者917例,占72.7%,无并发症发生。结论:宫腔镜检查及诊断可疑子宫腔内疾病中准确率高,是有效的检查方式之一,有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To evaluate the accuracy and clinical value of hysterossopy in uterine diseases.Methods:Clinical data of 1261 cases underwent hysteroscopy from August 2001 to December 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Of 1261 cases underwent hysteroscopy,917 cases (72.7%) were diagnosed as uterine diseases.There was no complication.Conclusion:The hysteroscopy is one of accurate and effective methods in diagnosis of suspected uterine diseases.The technique has favorable clinical value.
