摘要
结果表明乌鸡黑素对诱变物质ＤＮＭＰ引起的大肠杆菌ＷＰ＿２Ｂ／ｒ（ｕｖｒＡ￣－，ｔｒｐ￣－）的突变频率有明显的抑制作用；并显著降低了受诱变剂４ＮＱＯ作用的大肠杆菌ＧＣ４４１５细胞内β－半乳糖苷酶的活性。
The melanin isolated from white
silk fowls was ogserved to be effective for reducing the mutagenic
activity of Es-cherichia coli WP_2B/r(uvrA￣-trp￣-)induced by
mutagen DNMP ,and also capable of decreasing the activity of β
-galac-tosidase in the cells of E,coli GC 4415 affected by another
mutagen 4NQO.
