EXPLOITATION TEST OF DEEP COAL-BED METHANE IN WELL OU 15 OF LIAOHE OIL FIELD

摘要 辽河油田欧15井煤层甲烷气开发试验主要进行了入井液体的配伍性实验、施工前期准备、压前压后作业、压前压后井温测试、微型测试压裂、大型加砂压裂施工、泵抽排液测气等工序施工,压裂增产见到了一定效果。该井压前基本不产气,压后数月可稳定在日产气量100 m3左右。实践表明,欧15井大型加砂压裂,从施工设计、压裂液选择、支撑剂选择、现场施工是非常成功的,为深层煤层压裂提供了很好的技术实例。文章还介绍了欧15井在煤层甲烷气开采试验方面取得的成功经验和认识。 The following jobs are mainly conducted for the exploitation test of coal-bed methane in Well Ou 15 of Liaohe Oil Field, including the matching ability test of operating fluids for the well; the early preparation for the operation; the jobs before/after fracturing; the well temperature logs before/after fracturing; the mini-fracturing; the large-scale sand fracturing; and the gas production test with liquid drainage by pump, etc. Some good results have been achieved by fracturing stimulation. No gas produced before fracturing in the well. About 100 m3/d. of gas is produced stably after fracturing for several months. Practice shows the large sand fracturing of Well Ou 15 is very successful from the fracturing design, fracturing fluid selection and proppant selection to the field operation. The good real example is provided for fracturing of deep coal beds. Meanwhile, the success experience and knowledge are introduced about the exploitation test of coal-bed methane in Well Ou 15.
