摘要
本文通过分析海外石油投资的特殊性及其风险特征,提出了一套包括风险因素分析识别、风险评估、风险管理对策选择和风险的保障实施与促进四个部分,覆盖投资全过程、全要素的动态、可调的风险管理体系。
Based on an investigation of the special features of overseas investment in the oil industry, the paper analyses the overall process of the investment that includes venture identification, venture evaluation, venture management and venture security.
