Advances in the Research of Casein Kinase 1 in the Wnt Pathway and Circadian Rhythm

摘要 酪蛋白激酶1(casein kinase 1,CK1)属于丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,在物种间和组织中分布都很广泛。在Wnt信号通路中,CK1直接或间接参与对Dvl-1、APC、Axin和β-Catenin的磷酸化反应,CK1或其具体亚单位在Wnt通路中发挥的是正调节作用还是负调节作用尚存在争议。在生物节律中CK1主要是直接磷酸化作用Per等主要的节律基因蛋白,调节后者的降解,影响其核定位和基因表达,影响生物节律。 Casein kinase 1 (CK1) encompasses a family of serine/threonine protein kinases. In the Wnt pathway, CK1 phosphorylates the Dvl-1, APC, Axin and β-Catenin directly and indirectly. However, there are many conflicting reports about the regulating function served by CK1 or one of its isoforms in the Wnt pathway. In the circadian rhythm, CK1 phosphorylates the main proteins of the circadian clock such as Per, initiates their degradations, influences their nuclear localizations and gene expressions, thereby exert effects on the circadian rhythm.
