Rh血型系统的抗原具有强烈免疫原性,主要由RhD、RhCE蛋白携带。RhAG糖蛋白是一类重要的Rh相关蛋白,影响Rh蛋白在红细胞表面的表达。近年来发现红细胞膜表面的其它一些蛋白,诸如LW糖蛋白、血型糖蛋白B,可参与Rh复合体的形成。Rh复合体是近年研究热点。目前已发现Rh复合体除携带Rh抗原外,还影响红细胞的形态稳定,可能还具有离子通道功能。
The antigens of Rh blood group system, which are carried by RhD and RhCE proteins, have strong antigenicity. RhAG glycoprotein is an important Rh-associated protein, which can influence the expression of Rh protrins on red blood cells. Recently, some other proteins, such as LW glycoprotein and Glycophorin B, were found to be involved in the construction of Rh complex. Rh complex carries Rh antigene, maintains the configuration of red blood cells and may serves as channel for ammonium transport.
