About the Constitutional Explanation of China

宪法解释是我国宪法运行机制中的一个薄弱环节,至今尚未形成一套完整的应用原则和制度体系。为此,充分认识宪法解释的概念,确立和完善宪法解释制度,是我国法制建设中亟需解决的一个重要现实问题。本文针对学术界关于宪法解释的概念中存在的不同理解,对宪法解释的概念作一探讨。

The constitutional explanation is a weak link in the functioning mechanism of the constitution in China.To fully understand the concept of the constitutional explanation and establish and perfect system of the constitutional explanation is an important actual problem demanding prompt solution in the legal construction of China.This paper,to counter other different understanding concerning the concept of the constitutional explanation,makes a probe into the concept of the constitutional explanation.
