This text is on the basis of questionnaire,analyses the psychology of female worker's laid-off unemployment,points out the important way that unemployed female workers reemploy that it is laid off to develop the community service,and raises government , community , individual answer“ three tubes are left together”,works hard for developing and perfecting the community service.
