摘要
采用薄层扫描法对不同产地的栽培牛膝及土牛膝所含的齐墩果酸进行了含量测定。结果表明，不同产地的栽培牛膝含量约１．０％，杭州野生牛膝的含量高达１．４％，而土牛膝的含量仅有０．０５４％。
The contents of oleanolic acid in the root of Achyranthes bidentata and A. aspera from different placesof production have been determined by dual-wavelengh TLC-scanning. The results show that the content of oleanolicacid is 0. 91%～ 1. 14 % in cultured A. bidentata, 0. 78%～1. 42 % in A. bidentata natural and 0. 054% in A. aspera.The average recovery is 98. 63 % .
