水利工程综合业务系统研究综述

Summary on Integrated Operational System Study of Hydraulic Projects

结合水利工程业务管理现状,研究了水利工程政务办公与信息共享、WebGIS信息查询、三维可视化、数据远程申报等系统实施的重要技术方法。运用数据综合、元数据设计等技术解决了系统研发过程中的数据传输、全局检索等难题,实现了集内部业务办公、信息发布、远程通信于一体的水利工程综合服务功能。系统的应用改进了水利工程管理的工作模式,提高了水利工程管理水平和办公效率,达到了水利信息化建设的技术标准。

The paper studies the key technical methods for systematic implementation of office affairs and information sharing, WebGIS information enquiry, three-dimensional visualization and data remote reporting through combining with the present status of hydraulic project management. It solves the problems of data transmission and overall retrieval during the system study and development by the techniques of data integration and metadata design and achieves integrated service function for hydraulic projects of integrating internal office work, information release and remote communication. The system application improves the mode of hydraulic project administration, increases the management level and working efficiency and achieves the technical standard of informatization in water field.
