摘要
分析了冲裁、拉深、弯曲工序的冲压力的共性和特点,提出了确定多工序冲模压力中心的通用方法。通过实例,利用Pro/E的组件模块中的模型分析功能,对该方法的三维CAD快速确定模具压力中心的过程进行了说明。该方法简单易行,不需要复杂计算,可代替现有的CAD法、计算法(解析法)和作图法,是非常实用的一种方法。
General character and characteristics of punching forces of blanking, drawing and bending are analyzed. An universal method to determine the pressure center for multi-operation dies is put forward. By an instance, the process of fast 3D CAD determination for die pressure center in the method is described with the model analysis module in Pro/E. The method is simple to apply - It needs no complex calculation . It can substitute existing CAD method, calculating method (analytical method) and graphic method. It's a practical method.
