摘要
介绍了电子图板CAXA软件在冲压工艺设计中的三种应用:(1)通过求回转截面面积和重心的回转半径计算旋转体拉深件毛坯尺寸;(2)用等距线作弯曲中性层线及查询功能求弯曲件展开长度;(3)按微积分原理用极细小的面(窄条)模拟冲裁刃口的线,再查出面的重心即为零件的冲裁压力中心。该方法十分方便、快捷、准确。
Three types of applications of electronic board CAXA in design of stamping technology are introduced : (1) Calculate the dimensions of revolving drawing blank in terms of the calculation of revolving area and centrobaric revolving radius. (2) Calculate the length of run for bending parts by drawing curved neutral layer profile with equidistant lines and query function. (3) Simulate the profile of cutting edge by calculus theory with super-fine surface (narrow strip) and find out the centroid of the surface as stamping pressure center of the part. The method is very convenient, quick and precise.
