摘要
目前,我国模具工业的总体水平比较落后,制造水平以数字控制阶段为主。CAD/CAE/CAPP、FMS和KBR技术是模具设计技术的发展方向。金属高速切削加工和电加工、超精加工和微细加工、复合加工、表面处理、研磨抛光等都是模具加工技术的发展方向。
Nowadays the general level of die and mold industry in China is relatively backward. Manufacturing level is mostly at the numerical control stage. CAD/CAE/CAPP, FMS and KBR are developmental orientation of die design technology. High-speed cutting and electric processing, super-finish machining, micro-fine machining, compound machining, surface treatment, abrading and polishing also are the developmental orientation of die manufacturing technology.
