基质金属蛋白酶基因启动子多态性与心血管疾病的关系
Correlation of matrix metalloproteinase promotor polymorphism and cardiovascular diseases
摘要
基质金属蛋白酶的表达及活性增强与许多心血管疾病的病理发展过程相关。在基质金属蛋白酶基因的启动子区,存在多个自发的功能性的序列变异,这些遗传变异可能影响基质重构,并进一步影响个体对一些相关病变的易感性。基质金属蛋白酶基因表达调控机制的进一步阐明以及遗传流行病学研究的开展,将有利于在心血管疾病易感基因的研究上早日取得突破。
