定量PCR测定数据处理数学模型研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 定量PCR的临床应用越来越广,采用不同的数学模型来处理所得到的数据,对于结果的准确性有着不同的影响。现主要概括采用外标法及内标法进行定量PCR时的数据处理模式,并简要描述最新动力学方法。
