两种灭活方法治疗骨巨细胞瘤疗效比较

Comparison of the Effect Between the Two Kinds of Devitalized Methods in Treatment of Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

目的探讨95%酒精与50%的氧化锌灭活治疗骨巨细胞瘤的疗效。方法对两组Jaffe病理分级Ⅰ级的骨巨细胞瘤59例,瘤灶搔刮后分别采用95%酒精与50%的氧化锌灭活植骨治疗并作随访。结果根据Mankin疗效评定标准,酒精灭活组31例中,优9例,良12例,中4例,差(复发)6例(19.4%)。氧化锌灭活组28例中,优10例,良11例,中4例,差(复发)3例(10.7%)。两组中复发率分别达19.4%和10.7%,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论骨巨细胞瘤搔刮植骨术中,50%的氧化锌灭活优于95%酒精。

Objective To explore the effect of 95% alcohol and 50% zincoxide devitalized methods in treatment of giant cell tumor of bone.method 59 cases with giant cell tumor of bone(Jaffe grade I) were treated differently by 95% alcohol and 50% zincoxide devitalized methods after curettage,then followed up.Result According to Mankin's standard in 1 cases in the alcohol devitalization group there were excellent 9, good 12, medium 4 and bad( relapse)6. In 28 cases in the zincoxide devitalization group there were excellent 10, good 11, medium 4 and bad( relapse). The recurrent rates of two groups were 19.4% and 10.7% respectively and showed the difference significantly (P<0.01).conclusion In the curettaged and bone grafting operation of giant cell tumor of bone, 50% zincoxide devitalized methods were better than 95% alcohol methods
