100例癌痛患者止痛用药分析

Analysis of Analgesic in 100 Cases with Cancer

目的探讨晚期肿瘤患者规范、合理使用止痛药物。方法回顾分析2002年1月至2003年12月100例癌痛患者门诊止痛药治疗资料。结果多数患者不能按《癌症三阶梯止痛方案》规范用药,疼痛缓解不满意,轻度缓解24例,中度缓解60例,完全缓解16例,癌症患者生命终未期生活质量差。结论疼痛是一种疾病,医务人员要更新观念,突破止痛药“成瘾”“耐药”障碍,合理规范用药,使癌痛患者得到充分治疗。

Objective To explore standard and reasonable use of analgesic of cancer patients in advanced stage. Methods The data of 100 cases received policlinic analgesic from 2002 to 200 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Most of these patients can not obey “three ladder pain management', using analgesic unreasonable. They are not satisfied with the relieve of pain.24 cases are slight relieved, and those for moderate and total relieved are 60 cases and 16 cases, respectively. Cancer patients have bad quality of life in last vital stage. Conclusions Pain is a kind of disease, medical workers must renew our notion, throughout the barrier of addiction and drug-resistant of analgesic, use the medicine in standard and reasonableness, so that every patient with cancer pain will get sufficient treatment.
