摘要
介绍了开放存取的概念、特征、实现的策略、相关技术的研发、国外相关的机构以及几种具有代表性的实际运营模式,探讨了影响开放存取可持续发展的关键问题,并对开放存取运动在我国的发展情况予以分析。
This paper introduces the concept, character, implementation strategy, R&D of related techniques, foreign and domestic related institutions, and several actual representative operating modes of the open access, probes into some key problems influencing the sustainable development of the open access, and analyzes on the developing situation of the open access in China.
