在信息素养被认为是终身学习的一种基本人权的今天,公共图书馆负有使信息素养教育走向全民化的重任,为此,必须将公共图书馆构建成全民信息素养教育的中心。探讨了实施信息素养教育的内容、手段及效果测评方法。

Today when the information quality is regarded as the basic human right of the life learning, the public library shoulder the important task of making the education of the information quality be popularized. Therefore, the public library must be constructed into the national information quality education center. This paper probes into the contents, means and results evaluating methods of carrying out the education of the information quality.
