Discussion on the Construction of Information Resources and the Information Service in University Library

讨论了网络环境下高校图书馆如何进行信息资源建设、信息服务和信息素质教育的问题,提出信息资源建设“数量够用,结构合理,质量可靠,利用充分”的十六字方针以及实体资源、虚拟资源建设中的具体问题,介绍了现代图书馆文献信息服务方式及需要的条件,阐述了开展信息素质教育的必要性、有利性以及应采取的做法。

This paper discusses on the problems of how the university library to make the construction of the information resources, to provide the information service and to carry out the information quality education under the network environment, and puts forward the principle of sixteen Chinese characters of 'enough quantities, rational structure, reliable quality, full utilization' and some other concrete problems of the construction of the solid resources and virtual resources, introduces the models of the literature information service of the modern library and the deeded conditions, and expounds the necessity, superiority and measures of carrying out the information quality education.
