This paper expounds the significance and effect of establishing enterprise's internal control system, and in the light of the present situation and the formation causes of our country's enterprise internal control system, taking our country's basic national conditions and enterprise features into consideration, and using the foreign advanced theories and experiences for reference, this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the internal control system of our country's enterprises.
