论述了建立现代人力资源管理评价机制是充分发挥人力资本的优势,保证企业可持续发展的需要,并就如何建立现代人力资源管理评价机制问题进行了初步探讨。
This paper discusses on that the construction of the modern human resources management and evaluation mechanism is the requirement of giving full play to the superiorities of the human capital and guaranteeing the sustainable development of the enterprises, and probes into the problem of how to establish the modern human resources management and evaluation mechanism.
