几种植物挥发油防治薏苡黑粉病的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Essential Oils for the Control of Ustilago coicis

供试的两种植物挥发油─—麻黄油和蛔蒿油，用２０００μｇ／ｇ浓度可完全抑制薏苡黑粉病菌冬孢子的萌发。用２５００μｇ／ｇ的麻黄油浸种，对薏苡黑粉病的防病效果达６３．２％。

The study shows that teliospore germination of Ustilago causing smut in Jobstears can be inhibi-ted completely by two esaentisl oils of Ephedra sinica and Artemistia at 2000μg/g,and under field conditions,con-trol effect can reach 63. 2%by soaking the seed with oil of Ephedra sinica at 2500μg/g.
