综采工作面支架底座出现裂缝的应急措施

On the Urgent Measures for the Fractures on Supporters’Base in the Comprehensive Mechanized Working Faces

针对综采工作面回采期间支架底座出现裂缝的现象,提出了给产生裂缝的支架底座“穿鞋”的方案,并对其原理及操作方法进行了阐述。经在实际工作中应用,有效地控制了裂缝的发展,保证了安全生产。

In the light of that the fractures occur on supporters' base in the comprehensive mechanized working faces in the stoping period, this paper puts forward a scheme of wearing the shoes for the supporters' base having the fractures, and expounds its principles and operating methods. The actual application of this scheme effectively controls the development of the fractures and guarantees the safety in production.
