摘要
由于钢的品种不同,其锰含量的测定方法也有所不同。介绍了在酸性溶液中,用硝酸银做催化剂,用过硫酸铵将低价锰氧化成七价锰,采用分光光度法进行锰含量测定的方法。该方法精密度好,准确度高,容易控制,可成功地用于各种类型钢中锰含量的分析。
For different types of steel, the determining methods for the manganese content are different. This paper introduces the spectrophotometric method for determining the content of manganese, which takes the silver nitrate as the catalytic agent and oxidizing the low manganese into the heptavalent one by using the ammonia sulfate in the acidic solution, possesses better precision, higher accuracy and easy controllability, and can be used to make analysis on the content of manganese of different types of steel.
