Chemical pretreatment technology of sheet and its fittings was discussed before they were sprayed lacquer. Experiments were made to determine about technological process of chemical pretreatment, phosphatization liquid and technical condition. The results showed that the research could obtain well-distributed and delicate membrane of phosphatization. And the combination of spray-paint coating was improved.
