半夏姜制对β-谷甾醇和总生物碱含量的影响 被引量:55

摘要 薄层层析法测定半夏5个炮制品中β-谷甾醇的含量,结果表明经单纯加热后的姜煮半夏含量最低为0.0180%,生半夏最高0.0572%。以重量法和酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱含量结果表明,姜矾半夏含量最高,姜煮半夏含量最低。 The contents of β-sitcoterol of five processed products of Rhizoma Pinelliae ware determined by TLC.The result showed that the lowest content of β-sitosterol was found in Rhizoma Pinelliae boiled with ginger juice(0. 0180%) , and the highest in raw Rhizoma Pinelliae (0. 0572%). The contents of total alkaloid of five processedproducts of Rhizoma Pinelliae were also determined by gravimetry and spetrophatometry with acid dye. The resultshowed that the highest content of total alkaloid was obtained in Rhizoma Pineiliae boiled with ginger juice and alum ,and the lowest in Rhizoma Pinelliae boiled with ginger juice.
