摘要
目的:比较骨髓及脾脏中单核细胞在体外培养过程中相互融合形成破骨细胞的能力。方法:采用新生大鼠颅盖骨消化法培养成骨细胞,再加入细胞因子、脾细胞、骨髓细胞,刺激单核细胞向破骨细胞的分化。结果:骨髓细胞组单核细胞融合形成破骨细胞的时间早于脾细胞组,而且破骨细胞的数量也较脾细胞组多,并有统计学意义。结论:骨髓细胞中单核细胞融合形成破骨细胞的能力强于脾细胞中单核细胞的融合能力。
AIM:To compare the ability of forming osteoclasts of monocytes in bone marrow and spleen in vitro cell culture.METHODS:The calvarian bone of new born rats was digested and cultured.Then the cytokine,spleen cells and bone marrow cells were added to stimulate the monocytes to form osteoclasts.RESULTS:Not only the period of monocytes of the marrow cell team forming osteoclasts is shorter than the spleen cell team,but the number of osteoclasts is also more.CONCLUSION:The ability of monocytes of bone marrow forming osteoclasts is more powerful than that in spleen .
