十年来我们共处理膝关节部位的骨折脱位合并动脉损伤２２例。本文强调早期诊断和及时外科处理的重要性。自体大隐静脉移植是修复动脉损伤的重要手段，静脉损伤也应同时修复。简便可靠地固定骨折和脱位是维持有效循环的重要措施。本文对此类损伤的局部解剖关系，受伤机理，损伤血管修复和骨折脱位的处理进行了讨论。

During the last 10 year,22 cases of popliteal artery injury associated with fractures and dislocations near the knee joint were treated. Early diagnosis and prompt surgical treatment is paramout importance to save limb and life.Auatogenous saphenous vein is quite useful for the repair of the injuried popliteal artery.The injuried popliteal vein should also be repaired Simultaneously.The method of reduction and fixation of bone and joints must be simple and effective. Anatomy, Early diagnosis,selection of opertion,management of complication and reconstrction of artery were discussed.
