部分葱属(Allium)植物细胞的无丝分裂研究

Study on Cell Amitosis in part of the Allium Plants

无丝分裂常被人们认为是只存在于低等植物中,是高等植物中不正常的或偶然见到的细胞分裂方式。本文报道近期对部分葱属植物的细胞分裂方式研究情况,确定无丝分裂是健康植株表皮组织细胞的主要分裂方式,并对无丝分裂的各种表现形式、分裂高峰时间作了详细的报告,对细胞无丝分裂的机理也作了探索性的分析。

Amitosis was considered only to exist in lower plants,or abnormal in higher plants,accidental form of the cell division. The article reports the study on the cell divisions of Allium plants,considers that the amitosis is a main divisional pattern in part of the Allium healthful epidermis cells,and indetail reports the forms of mitosis,the divisional peak - hour,and analyses the mechanism of cellular mitosis.
